Install old site on new computer locally

Before I formatted my computer I created a website with wordpress and installed it locally with xampp. I’ve reinstalled xampp and the new version of wordpress but am having trouble getting my old website back up. I saved (at least I think I did) all the files I needed to for making the website work again. Basically, can someone help me with the steps for getting my old site up and running again on my localhost?
