Install on dev website before…

  • It is with much disappointment that I have to rate only two stars. I installed the plugin. It seemed to work fine. It was for a test. I then deleted it and…surprise, all my posts were gone. With astonishment. Fortunately, I have backups…

    So test on a test website before installing permanently. But, anyway, I believe the author has abandoned the plugin. It’s really a pity.

    Well, this is the first I’ve heard of my plugin having any kind of impact on posts. None of my code touches posts or pages at all, it’s almost exclusively frontend javascript. Is the site still available for me to look at? I would be interested to find out what the actual cause could be. I obviously don’t want to be negatively affecting people’s sites!

    And I was going to be offended at the accusation of abandonment, but I can’t fairly object when I realize when the last update was. Guilty as charged, and I hope to remedy that soon.

    Thanks for the kick in the pants, @jakours2! It was a fair shot, and I’ll see what I can do to get a fresh version out soon around my paid work.

    Yes, I still have the site but it’s live now. However, to help you, I am quite ready to make a copy and place it on one of my servers and give you admin access if you wish. It’s as you want, I will do as you request.

    I’m looking for a plugin that does exactly what yours does, so if I can help you, I’ll use it!
