Install on subdomain and sites on top level domain

    You can make a multisite install on domain.com as the main site, setting up multisite as subdirectory type.

    Then you will be able to set up sites for domain.com/en-gb, and domain.cm/en-us.

    You can create a “blog” page inside each of those sites and change the settings at Settings — Reading (in each single site) for the blog to appear on domain.com/en-gb/blog/
    & domain.com/en-us/blog/.
