Install page is displayed after moving wordpress website

Hi all,
I have moved my website to a new server and a new url.

• I have moved all wordpress files to the new server.
• I replaced all the url occurrences in .sql file before importing it to the new servers database.
• The wp-config file has changed
• The .htaccess file has changed

The wp-admin page is displayed normaly. But in frontend there’s the WordPress Installation page displayed. (/wp-admin/install.php)

Why is this happening? What can I do to fix it?
I have moved many wordpress sites to new servers but this is the first time an issue like this occurs.
