Install seems to work, db & dash there, but no index.php

  • I set up db, check; install wp, check; but no index.php page exists.

    I’ve been around the forums a bit, there is no .htaccess getting in the way… I’m at a loss. The dashboard is there and acts normally, but when visit site, there is “index of/” with ftp-like listing of files.

  • The index.php is in the installation package. Thus, I’d have to guess you didn’t upload all of the files.

    Aww Jeez! Duhhh… I guess I had taken everything down but from the old site but forgot to put back the index.php file. What a doofas.
