Install Themes Search is NOT WORKING on 3.4.2!

  • Hi there,

    I use my wordpress blog via my own URL which is https://www.projectpout.com I have gone onto my Dashboard, then onto Appearance, Theme and Install Theme. It comes up with a number of options to tick or “dot” in order for me to search the type of theme I am looking for. When clicking on “Find Themes” I get this error message come up. this has been a continuous thing now for a few days…

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Try again”

    nothing I do works in helping me resolve this. Can anyone help me?.

  • This is a server issue – not a WordPress one. The most likely cause is that PHP has been implemented without cUrl. As a result, your site cannot contact the WPORG Theme Repository. Try contacting your hosts about it.
