Trigger To Install

  • Hi
    I have a “Download now” button on my site to download the PWA on my site, the question is, what link should I put on the button so that someone who clicks that button (“Download now” button) can download it?

    I don’t mean the start page when the PWA APP is opened, but the question: “Why does the PWA installation banner only appear on the page”?

    Can you please elaborate more on this query once?

    Why does the PWA banner not appear on the smartphone?

    1. Because pages are informational and with static contents(as landing pages) that’s the main reason we show options with pages only.

    2. No. It does appear on the smartphone too.

    Weird, I just created a staging site and the PWA banner appears on all pages and post, even on smartphones.
    So please answer correctly.
    And please check/debug why the banner doesn’t appear on my site, don’t just answer haphazard.
    I have checked for days and no progress.
    Even now the banner doesn’t appear on all pages!

    Good news! Banners now appear on all pages and devices!
    I just had to re-save all the settings to solve the problem.
    Problem solved, thank you very much for the support so far.
