install woothemes updater prompt

Place this in functions.php:

remove_action('admin_notices', 'woothemes_updater_notice');

Thanks @carver1g, I’ve seen this hack elsewhere. I am hoping the developers can provide a better solution.

Might be worth opening a bug report about that at https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce. The old WooCommerce Helper plugin has been merged into the core WooCommerce plugin, with its settings now under **WooCommerce > Extensions > WooCommerce Subscriptions**.

There was an issue with some extensions being network activated.
