install wordpress for me?

First off, I’m not trying to take the easy way out here. I’ve slaved over this computer for 5 days trying to successfully upload wordpress. I have tried absolutely everything. I’ve contacted my host, but there’s nothing they can do to solve my uploading problem, and they recommended I do this. Basically, this is my last resort. I would like to find someone who could install wordpress for me. If you know of anyone who offers this service or would be willing to lend a hand, I’d be so appreciative. I could pay you of course, too. Thank you.
