I am having problems connecting to my database. It tells me:
Can’t select database
We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the database.

My hosting company told me that I have to use SSH to upload it correctly. they told me that using FTP cannot garantee all the files uploading sucessfully. Is this true.
