Installation

  • Hi
    i install WordPress 3.9.1 for my website 8 hours ago and still when i try to log in it says, domain name is parked with crazydomain.com (which is my domain and hosting service provider)
    i tried to call the help center of my service provider and they said they can access my site and i just have to reboot my modem and clear all my cookies…i did everything and still the same.
    can anyone please help me with this

    You’ll need to point your domain’s name servers to your hosting provider. We really can’t help with that here though, only your domain registrar can.

    The should have some documentation about how to do that, but if not, I recommend contacting them.

    If your domain is new, it may take about 48 hours to set DNS servers all over the world. I recently discovered this, when I could acces my site via phone, but computer didn’t see anything. When i tried it with my friends, they experienced the same, but two days later it was all OK.
