Sorry to hear about the issue installing the plugin. I just tested installing it and was able to without any issue, and we haven’t had any reports of issues installing it from anyone else, so it’s possible that you downloaded a corrupted version of the zip file, or that there’s a permissions/hosting issue on your server. A few questions for you to help determine the cause:
1) Are you getting that issue when installing any plugin or only our plugin?
2) How are you trying to install the plugin? Are you automatically installing it via your WordPress Plugins page or are you downloading the zip file of the plugin and then trying to upload it?
