installation / activation fail

  • OK. so.. installation doesn’t work in a local dev environment.

    when i click activate, that external URL just gives me a 404.

    So i tried it on a public dev server install. it got the activation email to send, but the link in the resulting email didn’t work. it just said “url cannot be empty”

    any way to use this without authenticating servers? or does someone have another plugin that works and saved data locally only?
