Installation – Can’t write to directory

Hello there,
I’m just trying to install WordPress on my web server but I’m getting the error:

“Sorry, I can’t write to the directory. You’ll have to either change the permissions on your WordPress directory or create your wp-config.php manually.”

I have permissions on my database, and I’ve just uploaded all my files to my server. This error was given after the WordPress installation message regarding wp-config.php
