Installation Error

    Trying to install I get this error

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/home/matthewb/public_html/wp-content/uploads/backwpup.3.6.7-GE6Tea.tmp’

    The “uploads” folder is in the wp-content folder
    Why doesn`t it generate this file ?
