I’m having an issue where I go through the WP installation process, all perfect, enter my blog name, password, at the install phase.

However in the next step where you are prompted to login with a ‘Success!’ message, there is a long list of errors appearing for me.
There is a list of possibly 50-100 errors. I have no idea what the issue is, has anyone ever seen this before?

Below is a snippet of one of the error messages:

WordPress database error: [Table ‘service_cluster.wp_options’ doesn’t exist]
    INSERT INTO wp_options (option_name, option_value, autoload) VALUES (‘widget_meta’, ‘a:2:{i:2;a:1:{s:5:\”title\”;s:0:\”\”;}s:12:\”_multiwidget\”;i:1;}’, ‘yes’) ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE option_name = VALUES(option_name), option_value = VALUES(option_value), autoload = VALUES(autoload)

I’ve installed probably up to ten wordpress sites now and never seen this error before, would appreciate it if anyone has seen this before.

    Thanks a lot,

    James.
