Installation Error after hitting Install WordPress – routing issue?

I am attempting to install WordPress on my Yahoo hosted website. I’ve been unsuccessful so far and have deleted it and started new again today.

I set it up again at https://www.lauralippay.com/blog, and after setup was complete (through the Yahoo Small Business interface), any link I click on, from the Yahoo site management interface or the actual URL, takes me to this installation page:

where I have tried several times to provide the blog name and my email address, but each time I get an error-ridden successful installation page. Contents listed below. It looks like it might be a similar routing issues as this forum post:
