Installation failed

    Hello,

    every time I try downloading the UpdraftPlus Backup Plugin I get this error message:

    Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 987 milliseconds with 127687 out of 6509476 bytes received

    Could anyone please tell me how to fix this?

    Hi,

    This means that there’s a network problem between your web server and www.ads-software.com (assuming you’re installing the free version?). Best thing to do is just try again later… if it persists, talk to the webserver admin about what the problem is (it must be at his end, since a few thousand people a day install it and there aren’t any other reports).
