    I have tried to upload the Busicare Pro theme, and have followed the instructions on your website.
    I get a message:

    Installing theme from uploaded file: Spicepress.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.

    Can you sort this please

    Hi.
    I cannot log in to the support forum – even though I have purchased the pro theme and have the log in for download.
    It says I am not a recognised member.
    Can you reset it please.

    With the developer’s help, I got this sorted.
    It was actually my fault as I didn’t know this was to be installed as a plugin and not a theme. However they gave me all the support and now everything is excellent.
    Very happy !
