I’m trying to install the core plugin on my site, however I get the following error:

Installation failed: Could not copy file. geodirectory/assets/js/jquery.ui.timepicker.min.js

I also get an error when activating the core plugin downloaded from the GeoDirectory website.

Update: I have just tried installing the plugin on other sites and I get the same error but with a different file:

Installation failed: Could not copy file. geodirectory/templates/emails/plain/geodir-email-admin_moderate_comment.php

Hi @rebeccatds, is the other site on the same server?

This sounds like a file permissions setting on your server. I’ve also seen this when users ran out of disk space on their servers. In any case, this is most likely something that your hosting support can help you fix.

I hope this helps, and let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,
