Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.

Same here—then I went into the FTP to delete this version per mailpoet
recommendation, and it was not there either. I once again attempted to reinstall and got the same message.

Could you check the uploads folder?
There could be a Mailpoet cache folder present.
If so delete this folder!

You need to have ftp access to your site to check this. Or go to your cPanel of your provider, and then choose for the filehandler

I dejected it in the upload folder still get the same error.

I have it working. I deleted it in the plugins folder.

Did you check with the same method if the mailpoet folder still exists in \wp-content\plugins\mailpoet

If do delete it with this method.
