Installation Failed – Destination Folder Already Exists

    I have NextGen Pro installed. It said that I need ti install nextgen to activate pro. I an’t seen to get nextgen to install and it’s take all my images offline. I deactivated Pro but that didn’t help. Any help would be very much appreciated. I really don’t know much about all of this but I’m trying.

    It doesn’t recognize me. I purchased my site from Nerd’s who had installed everything. Now I’m just trying to keep it all working.

    @marka5225 – We have a conversation going within our help desk platform. Let’s carry on there as support for plugins not hosted in the WordPress plugin directory is not allowed under the current forum guidelines.
