Installation for multiple sites with wamp

    I want to use wordpress for making multiple sites at same time.
    i read topic create_a_network.
    what is better option
    1. create_network or
    2. make different folders and copy paste wordpress in it.
    i had wamp installed on my pc.
    i am still confused about making my site online, where my related saved and how to upload it…
    Please help…

    Unless you intend to develop a multisite, stick to multiple single installs.

    What are the file structures for multisite and multiple single sites on localhost with WAMP?
    Any recommendations regarding table prefixes?

    I use WAMP under Windows for my localhost server. All you need to do is create a new folder under the root local host for each new site you want to work on.

    I have had dozens running simultaneously before, it is so easy its ridiculous. Also, combine it with SVN for developing themes/Plugins and you will supercharge your workflow!
