    Hi – First of all I was very confused – I have no problem loading the plugin – it’s the setup that I’m confused with….when I clicked the link the first time that opened up Drop Box – It went to an APPS developer page? I typed in Backdraft Plus – as I forgot it was Updraft and got my secret key code and all that, but then on my wordpress blog it said I needed to authenticate and when I clicked it I got an error code. I thought my mistake was typing the wrong title for the APP? but when I typed it Updraft it says it’s already taken. I guess I just don’t understand. Sorry to be so www.ads-software.com illiterate. Thanks for your help – I am trying to backup files since I have to upgrade to newest wordpress software.

    David, just so you know we don’t really allow people using the support forums for jobs (which means asking/offering to pay for service isn’t cool). However since this is clearly stated in your FAQ as payment needed for above/beyond support, that’s okay ??

    Hi Mika, that’s a bit ambiguous – can you clarify? It sounds a bit like you said “that’s not OK, except it’s OK”?? I’ve always fixed reported bugs for free; I only request payment for features that I wasn’t planning to implement. It seems unreasonable to not say to users “but you can fund it, if you like” if they actually want the feature and are willing to fund it – nobody wins from that scenario.

    I guess I won’t put you to the trouble right now. I was just confused when I followed the instructions that it took me to a drop box page that sounded like I was creating a new app – which i certainly am NOT!

    I automatically backup all my files on JustCloud. And like it better – as Drop box seemed to take my files off my computer, but I guess I didn’t understand it so well.

    Rather than using your app…and until I understand more – I’m taking a class next week on setting up www.ads-software.com site and Ill ask the instructor more – as I don’t even know where exactly my blog “Pages” are and how I would reinstall if something got hacked or screwed up. Thanks anyway!
