Installation Guide Not Update

  • I came from previous version (1.0.1) which is working great.
    Just now, update the plugin to latest version (2.0.0) and I found my portal now stop working.
    My customer portal now only displays the plugin short-code “[sugar-crm-portal]”.
    How to configure the latest version? Please help. The installation guide not reflect with latest version.

  • I concur, [sugar-crm-portal] does not work. Other shortcodes from shortcodes/bcp_Shortcodes.php do work, but not that one which is in the installation instructions.

    Sorry for inconvenience.The new update plugin doesn’t require any shortcode configuration.It will automatically creates all necessary pages with respective shortcodes.You can see it in pages section from admin.
