Installation hangs at step one

  • I’ve done 100’s of WP installs and have not seen this problem. It hangs at clicking English > Continue. It just reloads step 1.

    I’ve deleted from FTP, re-uploaded with the same problem. Server should not be the problem.

  • I just tried and got the same result, so that pretty much confirms the problem is somewhere on the server. Have you tried checking your server error logs to see if anything helpful is there?

    You install using auto application or manually?
