installation help needing

    Hello ,
    I’m ashamed but the 5minutes installation turn to 3 hours.
    I think I did everything fine but when I launch Mysite.com/wp-admin/install.php, the system ask me if I want want to open it the file install.php with dreamweaver?????
    can you help me please?
