Installation – Internal Server Error – Help please?

    Yesterday I managed to upload wordpress via Cyberduck (ftp) onto my new domain name at one.com
    It all seemed to work, but I messed up the Header.php and therefore decided to delete wordpress and start all over again. I downloaded wordpress 2.7 again and followed the same instructions as I had yesterday, but now in the final step which is nameofmysite.com/wp-admin/install.php I got this error:

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    I contacted the helpdesk at one.com, but they couldn’t help me with this.
    Can ANYONE tell me what I’ve done wrong?
