Installation issues

Hi Daryl/Developers
I’m having soem difficulty with the installation rocess of this plug in.
I’ve installed and activated it, created a sub-domain on GoDaddy (admin.carlyelverdnaturopath.com to redirected to this server 148.66.136.210)

I’ve then entered in my “parallelizable requests” that have errors according to pingdom
Eg: https://www.carlyelverdnaturopath.com/wp-content/mmr/062a13c6-1532775920.min.js
https://www.carlyelverdnaturopath.com/wp-content/mmr/0a5813e0-1532057059.min.js

And clicked Save – no changes are occuring
Did I miss something or misunderstand something?
