Installation moved, but no links valid

I created my installation on one server, and then created a package and installer. No problem. I then used those to recreate the installation on another server, and all seemed well.

When I click on any link in the nav, I get a 404.

Oddly, when I create a new page such as /test/ and then ‘view page’ I get the 404 as well.

Any ideas?
