  • start over with your editing of sample wp-config.php and this time, dont edit in MS Word, dont save it as an RTF file, etc..

    Use a plain text editor.

    Ok I tried that. I deleted it, used Notepad, and uploaded it again. Same error. Any other ideas?

    how about re-uploading the file that you are seeing the error on?? Thats where I would be next.

    Yeah that’s the same line in mine. I deleted it, and uploaded a new one that I just extracted from the word press zip file. Same error. Grrr

    Yah when I try to install it just brings up the download thing and ask me if I want to download that file…. Help me Please
