Installation problem – failed to open stream

    Hi

    I keep getting this problem. Has anyone any ideas
    Warning: main(/www/t/password/htdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/t/password/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 39

    Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/www/t/password/htdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php4/lib/php’) in /www/t/password/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 39
