Installation problem – Please help

I went to install it from the hosting control panel and I get the following error:

FileSystem::mkdir(/home/xnphotog/domains/xnphotography.com/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/languages) – code: mkdir($path, 493);
It installs through Installatron, I have been in contact with them too just in case.

Ans when you go to https://www.xnphotography.com/wordpress you have this message:

What that it means?what can I do?
I tried to install it directly from ftp and changing my data file but does not work either.
