Installation problems

Hi, I am having issues installing WordPress on my webserver. When I fill out the form and click “Install WordPress” I get an error saying “No Data Received” and “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”. I have searched around the internet for hours, but I can’t find a solution. I have tried multiple browsers with no luck.
