Installation Profiles?

Hi all –

In Drupal, we can build an installation file package to pre-select and include all the themes, modules, versions that we want to start with.

Is there something similar in WordPress that is a not a backup plugin like Duplicator, and is not a managed services like WP Engine?
preferably using a wp cli script perhaps????
