Installation – Set Up Issues

  • Hi there,

    I just purchased your plugin, but the installation is really giving me some trouble. Like the previous comment by a fella named Ron J Miller… I uninstalled the free version before I installed the purchased version. I went back and tried to find the free version again so I could install it and hopefully get the plugin working… But, now I cannot even find the free version when I do a search for your plugin ‘Easy Facebook Feed.’

    Did you change the name of it or something? Or… Did you pull it off www.ads-software.com?? This is very frustrating! I have paid for two plugins to get the Facebook feed on my client’s site now… And they both seem impossible to set up! I am not a newbie at this either. Can I get some help here ASAP please???

    I was able to find the free plugin, I followed installation instructions. I have reset the Access Token and it is STILL not working! I see the following in my admin panel:

    You need to fix your social feed!
    Facebook has made changes to its api which blocked facebook & instagram feeds from working. To fix please go to your edit feed page and follow new access token instructions.

    Help Please!!!

    I tried to create two feeds, but with no luck. I am seeing the following errors at the bottom of all the pages build with the default template:

    Easy Facebook Feed error:
    (#100) Tried accessing nonexisting field (full_picture) on node type (URL)

    Easy Facebook Feed error:
    (#100) Tried accessing nonexisting field (link) on node type (URL)

    I cannot leave that on the pages like that because this client’s site is live. If I can get replying back, I will give it another try. But, for now… I have to disable this plugin and try another one out. I cannot afford to wait indefinitely for a reply. Thanks!

    HELLO … Can I get a refund please? I have found another plugin that has good support.
