Installation Troubles

Ok, so whenever I’ve used word press it’s always available to install instantly on my previous web hosts. But I thought I would try Web Central as it’s an Australian company. Bad Idea! First it took them 1 week to tell me the registration wasn’t successful and I’ll have to do it again and secondly the DNS wasn’t even connected properly which I had to fix myself. I’ve used Blue Host a few times already for various sites and I’ve had them up within 5 minutes and my sites ready to go.

Now I’ve used FTP before to install some wordpress files, but I’ve neer used it to install wordpress itself. What am I doing wrong?

It pops up with this error when I try to access the install page.
Now I belive the user and database are correct as it will come up with line 22 or 25 error when I enter the incorrect password or username.

Is there any more information I need to include? What Type should I assign my IP? I’ve got it set to A at the moment.

I would create a support ticket with web central… but it took them a week to tell me to re register my domain name.

Any help is appreciated. I just don’t know what I’ve missed out or skupped.
