Installation (upgrade) Failed

Hello,

I am trying to run the automatic upgrade of the nightly build (currently running 3.0 Beta 1) and keep getting a failed error.

Could not copy file.: /public_html/wp-admin/css/theme-install.dev.css

or

Could not create directory.: /public_html/

Installation Failed.

I have tried disabling all plugins, and running the install again, not working. I have gone through and tried making the wp-admin directoies writeable, not working.

Don’t think I have made any other changes/updates to my install that would be causing this problem.

Any help appreciated!
