Installation Wizard Homepage Set-Up Issue

I just installed a new WordPress site on BlueHost and while going through the site setup wizard I got stuck on the page where it asks you to choose between a Latest News and Updates Homepage or a Static Homepage. I tried selecting the Latest News and Updates option but it would not proceed. I tried refreshing the page but it still would not work properly. I ended up having to click the button to Skip that step of the setup wizard to finish setting up my site. I was using Firefox v64.0.2 on Windows 10 Home v1809. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is it a known issue?
