    Via FTP or the file manager app in your hosting control panel, navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete the directory of the problem plugin.

    am a freelancer working on a clients site…

    i don’t have access to the customer hosting and domain account…
    cant you just send me a reset link?

    No, we cannot send you a “reset link”. We don’t control your site.

    WordPress is not a centrally run thing. It runs on your own servers. You need to access those servers and remove the files that are causing the problem.

    I have been helped with something like this before… the reset link was sent to my mail…that was why i am asking.
