Installed a plugin "Site Offline or Coming Soon" but it does not seem to work

    I installed a plugin “Site Offline or Coming Soon” as it is live on the internet but I am still working on it and I don’t want others to see it until it’s completed. So I installed the plug in “Site Offline or Coming Soon” activated it in the plug in screen but the site is still coming up on the internet?

    I can’t seem to resolve???

    Can anyone help?
