INstalled & Activated, but can’t find the UI

I hope I’m not just overlooking the obvious, but I can NOT find the user interface for this plugin.

I installed and activated it.
No “settings” (or similar) link in it’s row on the plugins page. Grr***
Also looked on the left column menu …not seeing it there.
Not on the Appearance>Widgets page.
Not on the top menu.

I’m working on a time-sensitive migration, and this has got me stumped.
What am I missing ????

With hundreds of thousands of installations, I’m sure it’s got to be pretty straight forward.
But, alas, no dice.
I feel like a total newbie again ??

***Note: personally, I believe that ALL plugins should have a link to their main UI from the plugins page.
Unfortunately only a minority of the plugins seem to.
