Installed and Activated Plugin. Crashed my Admin

  • After installing and enabling the plugin, I was no longer able to access my admin. I’ve since removed the plugin, but we are using Cart 2 Cart and they said in order for us to keep our old order Id’s from our old cart management system that we needed this plugin.

    Any ideas why it crashed my admin?

    Hey @awiggz20, thanks for reaching out! We haven’t had any reports of fatal errors and I’m afraid I can’t replicate this issue, so my best guess to start is that there’s a conflict between plugins.

    We’ll need a bit more information to troubleshoot this — the debug logs for the site will help us out a lot. Could you please share the PHP error log for your site? If you’re not sure where to get this, your host can help you retrieve this and share it here via Snippi.
