Installed and used Delete all comments plug-in, major error on my site

  • Hello,
    I installed and activated this plug in on my site. It worked, but I kept getting this error while navigating my admin site.
    When I logged out and tried to log back in, I got the same error message when I entered my admin site address.

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/jessston/public_html/home-sales/wp-content/plugins/remove-all-comments/remove-all-comments.php:201) in /home/jessston/public_html/home-sales/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1207

    I can’t even access my log in page now and can’t get to my admin site to make any adjustments to it!
    Any thoughts?

    Sorry to hear this.

    To quickly resolve the issue, please login to your WP database (using MYSQL) and disable the plugins using this command.

    UPDATE wp_options SET option_value = ” WHERE option_name = ‘active_plugins’;

    Hope this helps.

    In the meantime I will check my sourcecode to find out what could have triggered this error.

    Hi Ganesh,

    I had 100,000+ spam comments on a blog I hadn’t looked at in a while. I installed and deleted all comments – great deleted all of them, but now, although my posts appear in the admin side of my blog, there’s no content – just the site title. Any quick suggestions as to how I can put this right?
