Installed and Verified SLL. Still not working.

    Greetings friends!

    I followed the instructions to get an SSL Certificate, I verified it, pasted all of the codes into my cPanel, and so forth.

    The Plugin itself showed the “We just saved you $$$…” thing.

    …but then when I go to the SSL HEALTH section, it still says:

    “SSL INFO
    We could not find any VALID SSL certificate installed on your domain.”

    I tried registering and installing and verifying 3 or 4 times, and even tried two other plugins, and all has failed.

    What do I need to do to get my site up and running again?!

  • I have the same situation after upgrading your extension to the newest version and WordPress 6.0.1
    there are issues:

    @youshopper You have generated SSL certificate perfectly. Please download the generated SSL certificate file and key. Please login to your cPanel, go to SSL/TLS option and upload your cert files to install them on your domain. HTTPS site will start using newly uploaded SSL.

    @digideo If you have generated SSL certificate successfully, you must upload and install the generated cert files on your cPanel as explained above. Then HTTPS activation will work fine.

    Issue not resolved!

    @gwsharsha Thank you for your prompt response. However, I have already tried doing what you have suggested…several times! Including another time today after your response, just in case.

    The plugin still says that it cannot detect an SSL certificate, and my site is still insecure.

    What else must be done? Is there something else in the background that could possibly be preventing my SSL from working?!?!

    @youshopper in that case, it’s better to reach out to your hosting support and provide them generated cert files, they will install it for you easily.

    Hi, i installed succesfully SSL but the web browsers still restric my website and i cant see the padlock. What must to do now?

    And now i’m blocked for trying so many times.
