Installed another WP in a subfolder and can′t login

Hello, I have my site runing ok but want to develop a second one, so I installed successfully a second install within one folder of the same domain, everything worked ok, I have created a second database for that one and is connected fine. The issue is that I can′s log in to that second installation, I write the url like https://www.mysite.com/newone/wp-admin
and the login window appears ok, but when I type my user name and password it redirects me to the root installation.

I′m sure that is a very small thing that I have to do, but after spend a complete afternoos googleing I can′t find the solution even having replaced the .htaccess file and creating another one within the new folder installation.
