Installed BUT it doesn't seem to show up

I did the basic installation & it shows up on my dash board, but it does not show up in my header on my site. I see that it appears to need URL or link to insert images. I’ve tried using photobucket direct links and url links, but those don’t appear at all.

I have noted that on the installation page #3 states this “If you want to place image slider into your website header, please copy and paste following code in to your header.php file <div class=”headerslider”> <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[sp_responsiveslider limit=”-1″]’); ?></div>” I’m assuming that I need to do this to get it to work on my header on my wordpress site?
