Installed but no css and issues with baseURL?

  • I’ve installed WordPress on my own Windows IIS server.

    I’m able to access the blog and the dashboard but it looks like it can’t connect to CSS. Also I try to go to the base URL of the site and get an error.

    I’m not a server guy, need assistance.
