Installed but not working 'specify project'?

Hi,
your demo page looks good but I cannot get the plug-in to work, I’ve pasted all the shortcodes into a page and tried adding the /thebuggenie to the url but nothing happens.
The shortcodes are interacting with the plugin but it just displays ‘Specify parameter ‘project” on the page where the shortcode is inserted.

Can you help?
