Installed but Nothing Happending

    I installed and activated the plugin. I see the “Questions? Chat with us.” box on the site. But when I click on it, nothing happens. It doesn’t pop up or anything. I’ve tried on two different sites to see if it was a plugin conflict and I’ve deactivated all other plugins but I’m stuck.

    I am using the basic one to see it work and if it does I intend to upgrade to pro. But at this rate, I might just look for another plugin unless you can help me.

    Any thoughts on what’s wrong?

    Hi Karen
    It appears that you have moved on to another solution. As mentioned in the email this was most probably caused by another JS error which stopped my JS from executing.

    Can you tell which plugin you finally used?
    I also installed this WP Live Chat Support but nothing happened. I even don’t see the “Questions? Chat with us.” box!

    Hi Hmmh53
    if you have minimized or closed the chat box on the front end of your site it will set a cookie to not display again for 24 hours.

    I would love the Pro version Buy but with the close over X and the cookie `s not good. Can not you leave it? or maybe a setting function in the admin

    I ultimately went with wordpress live chat here https://screets.com/gp/ and got it working.

    I had to update my all my files that used jquery to the most recent to get it to work. If ANY plugin is throwing an uncaught js error, it will not work. That might be the problem here too, I don’t know.
